There are some small surface rust spots in numerous places on the bike but nothing that affects it's structural integrity.

There are no major dents, bends or cracks. The red paint is in good shape with very few scratches. Shifts and brakes well but will need a full tune up. The bike appears to be all original with the exception of the tires. The head and rear fender badges both feature the Phillips lion logo and slogan Renowned the World Over.

The bike features a typical English three speed drive train and comfortable riding position. Phillips was a part of the Raleigh bike conglomerate TI industries. Produced for Phillips in November of 1955 it is a unique piece of bicycle nostalgia.
